a man... a poet

well, i'm writing a poem over here(dont hate me for this)...
I havent written anything even close to a poem ever in my life. So today i thought what the heck, lets start off with a poem n believe me i wrote it in less than 5 min(but thats the trait of every great poet, u know turbulent flow of emotions hehehe)...

So here goes nothing-

We are leaving

We are leaving...
the blue sky behind
the one of its kind
the blossoming rose
the basking sunshine

We are leaving...
the wind upon thee
swaying the child within
unfolding the petals of the rose
buried in the memories within

We are leaving...
not the heaven nor the earth
but a paradise it seems
the world in we see
what we are it seems

We are leaving...
the friends the family
the sun shining upon us
the journey to freedom
the tryst with destiny

We are leaving...
the dream of a child
stars twinkling in our eyes
the fountain of joy
in the desert of our minds

We are leaving...

Maybe not very good but its worth an effort eh...
